“We are all about flavour and savouring the good things in life! We are also all about reducing waste & adopting sustainable practises as much as possible. So we use our remaining Blueberry wine, after making our Blueberry Gin and turn it into this absolutely lip- smacking-incredible jelly. Amazing with a sharp cheddar, use as a glaze for meats, dollop on a scone with cream or just spread on your breakky toast.”
