Picket Fence Produce - possibly Nundle's best kept secret.

So much of what Toni will be bringing to the market day has grown in her very own garden - it is truly an impressive spread on many levels, so be sure to come and taste it all!
From 8am she will have  :

• Greek yoghurt with home grown figs in a rum laced syrup 
• Rose and Lemon syrup semolina & almond cakes, made with Nundle roses no less
• Dolmades made with her own vine leaves and stuffed with local olives and rice
• Labne with Za'atar 'Pickets' - Picket Fence Produce's own crispbreads with home made labne.

From 11am - 3pm Toni will be serving her Smoked Chilli Beef Tortilla - slow booked local beef, shredded and simmered in smoked chilli ("chipotle") and tomato sauce.  Served on a warm, soft tortilla with seasonal pickled vegetables and a lime & garlic aioli.
