Local trout from Deano will be available

Deano's Spring Water Smoked Trout is up there with the best according to my trout loving family!  The dip is also divine - Mum can't get enough of it, and I can see that being an easy present for her when I need one from now on.  Based in Black Mountain, the photo doesn't do it justice, you will have to come along and try some for yourself, Dean will have his full range for us at the Market + Fair Day on Saturday 8th March at the Uralla Showground.
